Where do I pay my fines?

Can I pay an orange parking ticket there?

No, orange parking tickets left on your windshield should be paid at the Columbus Police impound lot.

Where do I post bond?

How long does it take to get my bond money back?

You will receive your bond refund check in the mail four to six weeks after the completion of the case.

Can I pay online?

Yes, follow these step by step insutrctions:

• Go to www.fcmcclerk.com
• Click on Records Search on the navigation menu
• Agree to the terms and conditions
• Enter your case number of your first and last name and click search
• Select the case you would like to pay and click "View" to the right of the case
• Once you are in the case, you should see a button at the top of your screen that says "Make Online Payment"
• Follow the payment instructions provided on screen

Is there a limit to how much I can pay online?

No.

Can I make a partial payment online?

No, our online payment system will only allow you to make payments in full.

Can I make a payment by phone?

No, unfortunately we are unable to accept payment over the phone.

Can I use another person's credit card?

No, someone else can pay for you with their credit card however; they must be present with a government issued photo ID at the time of the transaction.

Can I set up for auto pay?

No, we do not keep credit cards on file. If you are signed up to make monthly payments, you will have to make a payment every month.

Who do I make my check payable to?

All checks should be made payable to "Franklin County Municipal Court" or "FCMC".
